阅读了上面几句话，相信大家对于粮食浪费一定有了深刻的认识吧？然而，我国现在的粮食浪费情况却不容乐观。小到家庭聚会，大到宴请贵客，待到餐桌上觥筹交错之后，留下的，必定是满桌的残羹剩饭。每每从包间的门缝中瞥见服务员一盘一盘地将食物倒入泔水桶时，我总是感到一阵心酸。曾有数据显示，若世界上的人将一年的剩饭剩菜收集起来，便足够贫困地区的6亿人口吃一年！多么令人胆战的数字啊！

烈日炎炎，他走在狭窄的田坎上，凝视着在不远处辛勤劳作的农民，锄头没入苗根，发出“嘎嘣嘎嘣”的声音，农夫弯着腰背，发出“呼哧呼哧”的喘息；而从他们的鼻尖、下巴上摔落在泥土中的汗水，却悄无声息。“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土。”他轻轻吟唱。他扭头朝家的方向走去，微微叹息着；他叹息农民们的辛苦如同滴入泥土中的汗水一般，在被端上餐桌后便被悄然无息地遗忘了。回到家，他坐到了餐桌前，语重心长地对儿女们道：“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。”真可谓是“勿以米微而略之！”

李绅曾在将近一千年前发出了“粒粒皆辛苦”的感慨，一千年后，我们终于接收到了他所表达的信息，并做出了一些行动。

“我们打包。”在一次单位聚餐后，刘强东对服务员吐出这几个字。京东职员们面面相觑，不敢相信腰缠万贯的大老板也要打包剩饭剩菜。剩菜被一样一样打包好，刘强东请在座的同事挑一样自己爱吃的剩菜带走。“打包不是抠门，是一种美德。”当在一次采访中被问及此事时，刘强东笑道。单位聚餐，玉盘珍馐满席，而将残羹冷炙打包又多么罕见！这真的`是“勿以筵盛而遗之！”

近年来，国家大力倡导“光盘行动”，餐饮行业纷纷响应号召，在菜单上添加了“半份”与“小份”这类选项。“您这桌八个人，点十个菜有些多了。”在服务员口中常常听到诸如此类的温馨提示。为了更加科学地指导人们点餐，专家更是推出了“n-1”式点餐法。在社会各界的共同努力下，我国的粮食浪费状况终于有所改观，实在可喜可贺。

节约粮食，从我做起。也许您剩下的不起眼的几粒米，在别人看来，却如同“救命良药”。一粥一饭，当思来之不易，愿你我都能做到“勿以米微而略之，勿以筵盛而遗之”，使节约之风盛行，弘扬中华美德！

“历览前贤国与家，成由勤俭败由奢。”历史也证明了这个道理：奢能败国、败家、败自己。古罗马四处征战，有一支亚欧大陆最强悍的军队，但却因骄奢淫逸致使古罗马四分五裂。反之，日本著名的丰田公司，在成本管理上从一点一滴做起，劳保手套破了要一只一只地换，办公纸用了正面还要用反面。这实在令人赞叹。

历史和现实告诉我们：一个没有勤俭节约，艰苦奋斗精神作支撑的国家是难以繁荣昌盛的；同样，一个没有勤俭节约，艰苦奋斗精神做支撑的团体是难以持续发展的。

勤俭节约也是我们中华的传统美德，现如今随着我国国力的.增强和生活的改善，有些人却把勤俭节约的优良传统抛之脑后，当前社会上盲目攀比的畸形消费；过度包装、极度美化的蓄意浪费，“长明灯”、“长流水的随意浪费等现象比比皆是。作为学生的我们，应该杜绝这种行为，要做到能够节约能源，比如教室里风扇，电脑，电灯还是开着，请及时将它关闭，看到水龙头还在滴水，可以上前将它关掉，也可以时刻提醒身边的同伴，要做到不浪费。这些生活中的小事无不体现了勤俭节约的美德。

党中央现在提出“建设节约型社会”的战略决策，并把加快建设节约型社会，提到“事关现代化建设进程和国家安全，事关人民群众福祉和根本利益，事关中华民族生存和长远发展”的高度，并在全国范围内大张旗鼓、深入持久地开展节约活动，加快建设节约型社会。

“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土，谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”，这首广为流传的诗，相信大家都有耳闻，虽然这首诗都已烂熟于心，但又有多少人能够完全做到不浪费粮食呢？而生活在现代的我们，在衣食无忧的时代，我们也不应该忘记珍惜粮食。

珍惜粮食是我们对农民辛苦付出的最好回应，所以，身为青少年的我们，应该怎么做呢？在学校里，尽量吃完午饭，避免浪费，在外面的店里吃饭时，要适量点菜，有吃不完的可以打包回家，做到光盘行动。

厉行节约，反对浪费，不仅是对粮食资源的珍视，更是对国家资源的守护。厉行节约须久久为功，只有这样，才能使“浪费可耻、节约光荣”在全社会蔚然成风。

学校的用电情况也不容乐观：课后做习题，在教室上课时，一些没人的教室里的日光灯“亮着”。洗手后，忘记关水龙头开关；洗拖把时，水流入河中。同学们，你们知道这样会浪费多少电和水，会给学校和国家增加多少负担吗？在看似无休无止的水流背后，国家应该投入多少亿？随着社会和经济的发展，全国各地的用电量不断上升，电力短缺已经成为阻碍我国进步的沉重负担。我们这些学生是不是要给已经很重的“包袱”增加重量？

作为祖国未来的建设者，我们要从现在开始，树立节能的观念，培养节约用电节水的好习惯。为此，向所有学生发布了以下倡议：
